otiya is a live quiz game you host from your phone while everyone plays on theirs. You start a game, share a short code, and your friends, family, class or team join on their own phones and race the clock.
The fastest right answers climb the leaderboard, and a podium crowns the winner at the end. There is no app to download, and players do not even need an account.
The name comes from the Yoruba expression Ó ti yá, a way of saying it is time, let's go. That is exactly the feeling when a game kicks off.
